Your role will include pre-screening candidates, sourcing bilingual talent, and identifying leaders for promotion within a captain pipeline. Ideal candidates have over 5 years of experience and are fluent with ATS systems, particularly in the Charlotte area.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in hospitality recruiting or talent acquisition.
• Fluency in ATS systems such as Manatal, Bullhorn, Avionté.
• Knowledge of ServSafe and TIPS.

Responsibilities

• Build the candidate pipeline in your primary market.
• Pre-screen candidates for craft and credentials.
• Identify staff with potential for promotion.
