Job summary

HVMG is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead the daily operations of the Talent Acquisition team and drive the recruitment of associates across our hotel and corporate portfolio. You will oversee recruiting strategies, mentor Talent Acquisition Specialists, and manage full-cycle recruitment for General Manager, corporate, and other exempt roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• High-volume recruitment experience required.
• Hospitality industry experience preferred, including hotel operations.
• Experience recruiting for multi-property or franchise organizations.
• Experience managing recruiting teams or Talent Acquisition Specialists.
• Proven full-cycle recruiting experience: sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offers, onboarding.
• Experience developing sourcing strategies and partnerships with colleges, career fairs, and communities.
• Experience with ATS and recruiting tech; social media sourcing.

Responsibilities

• Lead Talent Acquisition Specialists to meet recruiting demands across locations.
• Partner with Director of Talent Excellence on annual sourcing and recruitment strategies.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment for General Manager, corporate, and exempt-level roles.
• Conduct phone screens, evaluate resumes, coordinate interviews, guide candidates.
• Present qualified candidates with insights on experience, qualifications and fit.
• Coordinate interviews, interview days, and post-interview feedback sessions.
• Perform reference checks and analyze results with hiring teams and HR.
• Extend offers under direction of Talent Excellence. Build and maintain diverse candidate pipelines.
• Lead college recruiting programs, career fairs, and community outreach.
• Research and implement new sourcing strategies and recruiting tools.
• Leverage social media and recruiting tech to attract top talent.
• Partner with hotel teams during transitions for staffing, offers, and onboarding.
• Prepare candidates with company, department, position, and team context.
