Job summary

HVMG - Hospitality Ventures Management Group is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead the Talent Acquisition team across our hotel portfolio and corporate offices. You will guide specialists, manage full-cycle recruitment for General Manager and other exempt roles, and partner with senior leadership to address talent needs.

You will build strong pipelines, implement sourcing strategies, conduct interviews, extend offers, and collaborate with colleges to diversify recruiting.

Qualifications

• High-volume recruitment experience required.
• Hospitality industry experience preferred.
• Experience managing and developing recruiting teams or Talent Acquisition Specialists.
• Experience with full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, onboarding.
• Experience with sourcing strategies, college recruiting programs, and career fair initiatives.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems; ATS implementation experience preferred.
• Experience using recruiting tech and social media to attract candidates.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Talent Acquisition Specialists to meet recruiting demands across locations.
• Partner with Director of Talent Excellence to develop annual sourcing strategies.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment for General Manager, corporate, and exempt roles.
• Conduct candidate phone screens, evaluate resumes, coordinate interviews, and guide candidates.
• Provide recruiting guidance to hiring managers and ensure consistent processes.
• Present qualified candidates with detailed experiences to hiring managers.
• Coordinate interviews, interview days, and post-interview feedback.
• Conduct reference checks and analyze results with stakeholders.
• Extend offers under direction of Talent Excellence.
• Build relationships with colleges, universities, and community organizations.
• Lead college recruiting programs, career fairs, and school partnerships.
• Research and implement innovative sourcing strategies and tools.
