HVMG - Hospitality Ventures Management Group is seeking an HR Manager to lead all HR functions for our hotel portfolio in Georgia. You will oversee recruitment, employee relations, training, and compliance while partnering with hotel leadership to foster a positive culture and support team growth.

The role requires strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to organizational excellence, with reporting to the General Manager or Hotel Operations Manager. Flexibility and engagement are key.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent hospitality experience required.
• Experience in a similar HR role preferred.
• Ability to lead HR functions across a hotel portfolio.
