A leading hospitality company is seeking an experienced Hospitality Supervisor in Millsboro, Delaware. This hands-on role requires strong leadership presence and responsibility for exceptional guest experiences during service. Candidates should have a high school diploma and at least 2 years of supervisory experience in a hospitality environment. Late-night availability is essential.
We’re seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Hospitality Supervisor to join our team. This leadership role is hands-on and floor-focused, responsible for maintaining exceptional guest experiences and supporting our front-of-house team during peak service periods. This is a late-night position that requires closing availability and strong presence during all meal service times.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain a constant presence on the floor during service
Greet guests, assist with seating, and handle guest concerns promptly and professionally
Support front-of-house staff with bussing, running food, resetting tables, and problem-solving
Lead by example in customer service and teamwork
Supervise team members to ensure adherence to service standards, appearance, culture and punctuality policies
Train and coach staff on proper dining service procedures and hospitality expectations
Conduct and attend department meetings, fostering a culture of engagement, communication, and retention
Ensure a smooth and enjoyable dining experience for guests and residents alike
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience in a full-service restaurant, hotel, country club, cruise line, or similar hospitality environment
Open availability, including weekends and holidays
Must be 21 years of age or older
Comfortable working late-night and closing shifts
Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills
