Levy, based at CHS Field in St. Paul, seeks a VP of Hospitality Strategy to define and lead a distinctive food and beverage experience for fans.

You will inspire the team, champion inclusivity, and serve as Levy’s face at the location while aligning with partners and leadership to deliver exceptional guest experiences. The role requires strategic leadership, strong interpersonal skills, and a passion for hospitality, food, and retail, with the ability to manage complex events and technology

Qualifications

• 10+ leadership experience in Hospitality or Retail.
• Experience managing large scale projects is preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the location team, coaching and motivating to deliver excellence.
• Partner with onsite partner to define a shared hospitality vision.
• Deliver against financial goals and strategic priorities.
• Oversee major technology implementations or renovations at the location.
• Use data and insights to continually enhance the guest experience.
• Develop location strategic plans with regional leadership and Levy partners.
• Represent Levy in partner meetings and maintain strong vendor relationships.
• Lead initiatives to differentiate the location with technology and service improvements.
• Ensure top safety and sanitation standards across the location.
• Review financials and develop action plans to achieve business goals.
• Conduct team performance reviews and career development planning.
• Support business development by engaging with partners, vendors, and guests.
