Levy, part of Compass Group USA, seeks a Vice President of Hospitality Strategy for ScottsMiracle-Gro Field to lead location teams, shape a distinctive F&B experience, and partner with onsite teams to drive togetherness and excellence in guest service.

The role requires a dynamic leader who inspires others, champions inclusivity, and demonstrates innovation across operations, safety, and guest engagement. You will be a visible Levy ambassador at the venue.

Qualifications

• 10+ leadership experience in Hospitality or Retail.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management preferred.
• High level of computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Leading the location team and coaching members to deliver their best.
• Building partnerships with onsite partners and developing a shared hospitality vision for the location.
• Delivering against financial goals and strategic priorities.
• Overseeing major technology implementations or renovations.
• Using data and insights to continually enhance the fan and team member experience.
• Representing Levy and our business objectives at partner meetings and events.
