Job summary

Caesars Entertainment in Baltimore seeks a Steward/Dishwasher to support overall cleanliness and sanitation of the food and beverage operation. You will wash, sanitize, and store dishware, operate dish machines, and help maintain kitchen and back-of-house areas to meet high standards of cleanliness and safety.

Primary duties include deep cleaning, equipment maintenance, and stocking supplies while following sanitation procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous back-of-house restaurant, kitchen, stewarding, custodial, sanitation, housekeeping, hospitality, or related experience preferred.
• Must demonstrate the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Must demonstrate the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of kitchen and dishwashing areas.
