Job summary

Pinehurst Resort seeks a Steward/Dishwasher to maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the dishwashing area, supporting the Food & Beverage operation. The role requires attention to detail and adherence to health standards.

The position requires a High School education and at least one month of related experience. Ability to work in various locations and holidays is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Education and a minimum of one month related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to mandatory standards of operations, policies and procedures related to essential functions and resort operations.
• Set up, operate and monitor the dishwasher; maintain water, soap and rinse levels.
• Load and unload dishes, utensils, glasses and trays with proper sanitation.
• Clean and sanitize the dish area and storage spaces regularly.
• Maintain clean, organized areas for platters, bowls, silverware and glassware.
• Prepare the dish area for shift-end, including storage and cleanup.
