Job summary

The Scott Resort & Spa in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a friendly, hands-on Steward to keep our kitchen areas clean and compliant. You’ll sanitize dishware, support chefs, and help prep for events, contributing to guest experiences across a four-diamond resort.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Maricopa County food service worker card required.
• Dishwashing/stewarding experience preferred; training available.
• Ability to lift and transport heavy equipment.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize plateware, flatware, glassware, and pots and pans according to procedures.
• Keep stewarding areas clean, safe, and organized in ballroom and hospitality kitchens.
• Sweep and mop floors; maintain floor drains.
• Ensure dishwashing and equipment are clean, functional and compliant with health rules.
• Support chefs by providing clean, ready-to-use tools when needed.
• Assist with preparing for and servicing resort functions and events.
• Transport dishes/equipment for off-property functions as required.
• Assist with additional duties as assigned by supervisor.
