You will keep tables clean and ready, deliver dishes accurately, and communicate effectively with the team to ensure smooth service during busy shifts.

This role requires reliability, the ability to stand for long periods, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

• Detail-oriented — able to read tickets accurately and follow allergen protocols.

Responsabilités

• Table Service & Bussing: Clear tables promptly, stack/clear plates, reset tables within a 3-minute target, restock condiments and table accompaniments, complete opening/closing duties for each shift.
• Food Running: Read tickets accurately, deliver dishes to correct seats, coordinate with runners/servers for full-table delivery, maintain proper temperature, flag plate errors at expo window.
