Cooper’s Hawk in Kansas City seeks friendly Bussers and Food Runners to keep the dining floor welcoming and efficient. You’ll reset tables, assist with running food, and support the team to ensure a smooth guest experience.

We value energy, teamwork, and a positive attitude. Eligible applicants are 18+, with availability on weekends and holidays; prior hospitality experience is a plus. Benefits include dining discounts and a comprehensive benefits program.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Experience in restaurants or hospitality preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Reset tables and bar tops quickly to start guests off right.
• Assist with running food, clearing dishes, and supporting flow of service.
• Stock and maintain clean glassware, silverware and dishware.
• Communicate with Hosts, Servers, and Bartenders to keep dining room moving.
• Greet guests with energy and attentiveness to needs.
