Primrose Retirement Communities is hiring for a Hospitality Aide to support life enrichment activities and dining operations, enhancing residents’ quality of life through companionship and attentive service.

This role blends life enrichment support with dining services, helping ensure each resident experiences meaningful connection and personalized attention throughout their day. Opportunities for full-time hours with days, evenings, or rotating shifts are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in senior living, hospitality, customer service or food service.
• Sanitation certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including holidays, weekends, and some evenings.
• Must be able to lift to 50 pounds.
• Must adhere to health and safety rules.
• Must be able to work in a kitchen environment - extreme heat or cold.

Responsabilités

• Assist with life enrichment activities.
• Support outings, special events, community celebrations.
• Observe resident preferences and share with Life Enrichment Coordinator.
• Assist with meal service.
• Engage with residents during meals.
• Support beverage services, snack delivery, and light food prep.
• Help ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming dining area.
• Cross-functional support; float between life enrichment and dining to meet residents’ needs.
• Assist with transitions from activities to meals.
• Assist with resident transportation.

What You’ll Do

As a Hospitality Aide, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring a welcoming, engaging, and service-focused environment for our residents.

• Assist with life enrichment activities
• Support outings, special events, community celebrations

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Experience in senior living, hospitality, customer service or food service

• Willing to work flexible hours, including holidays, weekends, and some evenings

• Must adhere to health and safety rules
• Must be able to work in a kitchen environment-extreme heat or cold
