Chick-fil-A in Arden Hills is seeking a Hospitality Specialist to greet guests and deliver quick, friendly service in a fast-paced dining room. You’ll work closely with a driven Operator who supports your growth and success, with training and opportunities for advancement.

We offer both full-time and part-time schedules, and we’re known for a positive work environment, flexible shifts, and competitive pay. Compensation starts at $14.50–$18.50 per hour, with younger rates for under 18.

General Team Member: $14.50–$18.50/hour

16–17 years old: $12.50/hour

Under 16: $11.50/hour
