Job summary

Chick-fil-A in North Carolina is seeking a Hospitality Team Member to deliver a signature dining experience with a friendly, guest-focused approach. You will work directly within an independent Owner/Operator’s restaurant to uphold Chick-fil-A standards and lead by example.

The role emphasizes teamwork, flexibility, and strong service skills; you will multitask, communicate effectively with guests and teammates, and maintain a neat appearance while adhering to dress code.
