Job summary

Courtyard by Marriott | Managed by Coury Hospitality is seeking a friendly Driver to operate the hotel shuttle and assist guests with luggage, delivering safe, courteous transportation and upholding Marriott brand standards.

You will perform pre- and post-trip inspections, keep vehicles clean, log mileage and safety records, and support front desk with guest requests when feasible. A valid driver's license and excellent customer service are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe and timely transportation for hotel guests to and from airports, local destinations and attractions.
• Welcome guests and assist with luggage loading and unloading.
• Offer information about hotel amenities and local points of interest.
• Maintain a positive, courteous attitude and hospitality standard.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs.
• Keep shuttle vehicles clean and fueled; complete logs and safety documentation.
