Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead floor execution during opening, operating, and closing shifts under management direction.
• Ensure scheduled employees are present, in position, and prepared for service, reporting gaps to management.
• Assign stations, breaks, side work, cleaning tasks, and shift responsibilities per schedule and labor plan.
• Monitor service flow, guest areas, and adherence to operating standards; intervene when needed.
• Handle routine employee questions and workplace situations on behalf of management.
