As a Hospitality Services Attendant at Woodcrest of Country Manor, you’ll help create a warm, welcoming environment for our residents by offering a helping hand, friendly conversation, and support that goes beyond the basics. From tidying up to simply being there, you’ll be an important part of what makes Woodcrest feel like home.

Responsibilities:
In this role, you’ll contribute to the comfort and well-being of our residents through:

• Performing general housekeeping to ensure a clean and welcoming environment
• Providing light maintenance support as needed
• Offering companionship and supplemental assistance to residents
• Referring medical or personal care concerns to the nursing team in a timely manner
• Assisting with additional tasks as requested by management to support overall operations

Qualifications:
We’re seeking someone who brings heart to their work and a strong sense of responsibility to the team. The ideal candidate will:

• Have experience with housekeeping and laundry duties (mechanical background is a plus!)
• Have a warm, friendly, and welcoming demeanor
• Communicate clearly and professionally, both in writing and conversation
• Enjoy working with seniors and building positive relationships with residents, families, and team members
• Be a good listener who can understand and address concerns with care
• Handle multiple tasks efficiently and stay organized
• Show initiative and anticipate the needs of residents and day-to-day operations
• Respect residents’ privacy and adhere to HIPAA regulations
• Work well both independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Be reliable, dependable, and committed to showing up for others
