Job summary

Bar Louie in Royal Oak, MI is seeking a server to provide warm hospitality and memorable dining experiences. You will engage guests, take orders, and deliver service in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and teamwork.

The role requires 18+ years old, a HS diploma or GED, and proficiency with POS systems; Spanish communication is a plus. Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends, is expected.

What You’ll Bring (Requirements):

• A minimum of 1 year’s experience as a server/waiter/waitress in the Fast-Casual Restaurant industry is required.
• Must be at least 18 years old. High School Diploma or GED required. An associate’s or a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Proficiency in POS systems.
• Current alcohol and food certifications that meet state requirements are required.
• Ability to verbally communicate in Spanish with the crew.
• Availability to work within open hours (e.g. evenings, holidays, weekends).
• Strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Able to withstand the physical demands a restaurant environment holds.
