Job summary

Bar Louie is hiring servers who are passionate about hospitality in a fast-paced setting. You will engage with guests, create memorable dining experiences, and thrive in a team-focused environment.

Qualifications include at least 1 year as a server in fast-casual dining, 18+ years old, POS proficiency, and state-certified alcohol/food credentials. Spanish communication and flexible hours are valued. Competitive benefits and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 1 year’s experience as a server/waiter/waitress in the Fast-Casual Restaurant industry is required.
• Must be at least 18 years old. High School Diploma or GED required. An associate’s or a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Proficiency in POS systems.
• Current alcohol and food certifications that meet state requirements are required.
• Ability to verbally communicate in Spanish with the crew.
• Availability to work within open hours (e.g. evenings, holidays, weekends).
• Strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Able to withstand the physical demands a restaurant environment holds.
