Qualifications

• Previous server or food & beverage experience preferred, but training provided.
• Strong communication and listening skills to anticipate guest needs.
• Positive, energetic, guest-focused attitude for a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality food and beverage service to guests.
• Complete setup, side work, and closing duties for smooth operations.
• Know menu items and ingredients to answer guest questions confidently.
• Ensure guest satisfaction from start to finish of the dining experience.
• Maintain professional appearance and assist in a safe team environment.
• Handle payments and reconcile end-of-shift paperwork.
