White Lodging Services, Inc. seeks a hospitality-focused team member at Plaza San Antonio to deliver exceptional guest experiences, prepare quality beverages, and maintain a clean, organized workspace that supports smooth operations.

You will connect with guests, stay knowledgeable about menu items, and warmly suggest options, while upholding standards of service and professionalism in a fast-paced setting. Previous hospitality experience is a plus but not required.

Formación

• Outgoing and social personality with a passion for guest service.
• Excellent communication and listening skills, with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong attention to detail and product quality.
• Previous experience is a plus but not required.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and occasionally lift up to 30 pounds.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver exceptional guest experiences by connecting with customers and preparing quality beverages and products.
• Stay knowledgeable about menu items, seasonal specials, and preparation techniques while recommending menu options to customers.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, performing all cleaning, opening, and closing duties.
• Process all payment methods accurately and efficiently.
• Serve as an ambassador by maintaining a professional and polished personal appearance.
• Perform other duties as assigned to ensure smooth operations.
