Job summary

White Lodging is hiring a Part Time Server to join East Town Kitchen + Bar, located in downtown Milwaukee inside the Marriott. You will deliver high-quality food and beverage service with a friendly, guest-centered approach in a premium hotel dining setting.

We offer flexible scheduling and opportunities to grow across properties, with DailyPay and other benefits. Training is provided; weekend and holiday shifts may be required to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Previous server or food/beverage experience preferred.
• We will train the right candidate.
• Excellent communication and a friendly, professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality food and beverage service to all guests—creating personal connections through friendly conversation, intuitive menu suggestions, and a warm, engaging dining atmosphere.
• Complete all necessary setup, side work, and closing duties to ensure smooth restaurant and food and beverage operations every shift.
• Maintain expert knowledge of all menu items, ingredients, preparation methods, and garnishes—accurately and confidently answering guest questions about food and drink selections.
• Ensure consistent guest satisfaction with food quality, beverage presentation, and overall dining experience from the first course to the final check.
• Promote teamwork and contribute to a friendly, safe, and professional hotel restaurant work environment.
• Accurately process all payment methods—cash, card, and digital—and complete end-of-shift paperwork and reconciliation.
• Maintain a neat, professional personal appearance as a brand ambassador for the hotel and restaurant.
• Anticipate guest needs and deliver exemplary hospitality that keeps guests coming back.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
