White Lodging is hiring a Server to join our hotel restaurant and food and beverage team in Austin. The role emphasizes delivering exceptional guest service, efficient service in a high-volume setting, and opportunities for growth across multiple properties.

Experience is preferred but not required, with training provided. You should be able to stand for long periods, work weekends/holidays, and maintain a polished appearance as a hospitality brand ambassador.

Qualifications

• Previous server or food & beverage service experience preferred but not required; training provided.
• Outgoing personality with passion for guest service in hotel dining.
• Excellent communication and active listening to read guest needs before they ask.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality food and beverage service with personal connections and welcoming dining atmosphere.
• Complete setup, side work, and closing duties for smooth operations each shift.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, prep methods, and garnishes; confidently answer questions.
• Ensure guest satisfaction with food quality, presentation, and overall dining experience.
• Promote teamwork and maintain a friendly, safe hotel restaurant environment.
• Process all payment methods (cash, card, digital) and complete end-of-shift paperwork.
• Maintain a neat, professional appearance as a brand ambassador for the hotel and restaurant.
• Anticipate guest needs and deliver exemplary hospitality to encourage return visits.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
