Job summary

P.F. Chang's China Bistro, Inc. is hiring immediate full- or part-time, hourly dine-in food and beverage servers, waitresses or waiters.

No prior experience is required as training will be provided, and applicants must demonstrate excellent customer service and hospitality in a fast-paced environment. Roles include guiding guests through their dining experience, answering questions about the menu, and handling orders and payments while maintaining proper sanitation and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
• Ability to execute proper sanitation practices and safety procedures.
• Must meet state minimum age for serving alcoholic beverages.
• Have a current Food Handler’s Card where applicable, or we will help you obtain.

Responsibilities

• Delivers amazing hospitality experience to guests anticipating, delivering, and exceeding guests’ expectations.
• Understands the restaurant menu to engage guests on choosing menu items and able to answer guest’s questions.
• Guides guests through their dining experience while taking, placing, and serving food and beverage orders, as well as processing payments.
• Understands restaurant seating layout, how tables are divided into server areas, and how to deliver food within the restaurant.
