Job summary

Rocks Wood Fired Pizza & Grill is seeking friendly, energetic servers to guide guests through our menu of wood-fired pizzas, cocktails, wine and beers while delivering attentive service.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, taking orders, coordinating with kitchen and bar, maintaining clean dining areas, and ensuring a memorable guest experience. Prior serving experience is preferred; training is provided.

Qualifications

• Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and create a positive dining experience.
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations on food, cocktails, wine, and beer.
• Take and enter food and beverage orders accurately.
• Deliver prompt, attentive service and anticipate guests’ needs.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and service areas.
• Communicate with kitchen, bar, hosts, and management.
• Handle guest questions or concerns professionally and involve a manager when appropriate.
• Follow responsible alcohol service and restaurant policies.
• Work as a team to ensure exceptional service, including helping outside of your own section.
