Job summary

Beer Barrel Pizza & Grill is seeking friendly, upbeat individuals for a fast-paced hospitality role. You will serve guests, learn menus, handle transactions, and support bar/kitchen teams to ensure exceptional service.

Applicants should have prior serving experience or a strong guest-service mentality, basic math and computer skills, and be at least 19 years old. Flexible scheduling and employee meal discounts are offered.

Qualifications

• Previous serving experience preferred.
• Enthusiasm for customer service and a guest-first mentality.
• Basic math and cash-handling skills.
• Basic computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Build positive relationships with guests, coworkers and managers.
• Prioritize a quality customer experience with a warm and friendly approach and efficient service.
• Develop a thorough knowledge of food and beverage menus.
• Accurately ring up all food and beverages per customer order.
• Assist with bussing tables, greeting guests, and delivering food to tables as needed.
• Clean assigned section and sanitize workspace per restaurant protocols.
• Provide safe alcohol service through proper ID checks and recognizing signs of intoxication.
• Manage guest checkout with cash and credit card transactions.
• Answer phone and assist with carryout orders when needed.
• Learn and manage the Good Food Rewards Program as per policy.
• Follow safety and sanitation procedures per company policy.
