Job summary

Firebirds Wood Fired Grill is seeking a friendly server to deliver warm, attentive service in a fast-paced setting. You’ll be part of the Front of House team, ensuring guests feel welcomed and cared for from seating to checkout.

You’ll follow hygiene standards, maintain neat uniforms, and collaborate with teammates to provide quality food and timely service. Training and growth opportunities are available for motivated individuals.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and oral communication.
• Basic math calculations.
• Able to stand for 8 hours or more.
• Able to bend, kneel, and lift items up to 25 pounds.
• Guest-oriented mindset.
• Maintain positive working relationships with teammates.
• Attention to cleanliness and safety procedures.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• FOH positions require 18+ age.

Responsibilities

• Fast, efficient and able to produce a quality product in a timely manner.
• Adhere to hygiene and uniform standards.
• Practice good safety habits when using equipment and handling food.
• Be neat, clean and organized.
• Complete closing and weekly cleaning checklists.
• Work well with a team in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
