Job summary

Eataly is seeking a Server to coordinate the service stations and communicate with front and back of the house to deliver a dining experience that exceeds guest expectations. Reports to the Food and Beverage Manager.

You will greet guests, present menus, explain specials and allergies, relay orders via POS, coordinate with hosts and kitchen staff, pour wine and beer, assist with stocking and resetting stations, and support cash handling at the counter.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the sequence of service and dining room procedures.
• Basic math and cash handling skills.
• Genuine guest service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests and presents the menu.
• Informs guests of specials and allergies.
• Receives orders via POS and relays to kitchen/bar.
• Coordinates with hosts, back-of-house, and bartenders.
• Pours wine and beer when serving guests.
• Assists with stocking, resetting stations, and cash handling at the counter.
