Job summary

Farmers Restaurant Group is hiring experienced servers in Washington, DC for full-time or part-time roles. Our team delivers exceptional hospitality in a fast-paced, scratch-made dining environment, guiding guests through menu selections and ensuring a welcoming, attentive experience.

Qualifications

• One year of experience working in full or quick service dining is required.
• Must be 18 years old due to service of alcohol.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds, as needed.
• Capable of continuous bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, and use of hands and arms.

Responsibilities

• Take orders from guests for food and/or beverages.
• Check with guests to ensure they are enjoying their meals and address issues.
• Enter orders into handheld computers for kitchen transmission.
• Deliver food and drinks to guest tables and bus tables to maintain cleanliness.
• Process payments from customers and present guest-friendly service.
