Responsibilities

• Ensure all tables are clean and properly set while assisting the Food Runner as needed.
• Work closely with servers; assist with table maintenance, clearing, and beverage delivery.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide exemplary hospitality.
• Learn to operate the Host Stand.
• Be knowledgeable of menu items, contents, preparation methods, and garnishes.
• Perform opening and closing duties as assigned.
• Process all payment methods.
• Be an ambassador with a neat appearance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
