Pyramid Global Hospitality seeks a Security Officer for the DoubleTree Hotel Denver to uphold safety for guests and associates, and to support the property’s security program. You will follow established procedures, patrol areas, and respond to incidents with professionalism.

The role emphasizes customer service, attention to detail, and teamwork within a growing portfolio of hotels. A valid driver’s license and hospitality-related experience are preferred, with opportunities for career growth

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Valid driver's license in good standing required.
Prior hospitality experience preferred.
At least 1 year of customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Carry out safety policies and procedures of the property and Pyramid Global Hospitality with professionalism and teamwork.
Follow safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment for guests and associates.
Promote a safe, peaceful, and welcoming on-site environment for guests and employees.
Respond to emergencies as prescribed in property procedures.
Maintain and review daily activity and incident reports and ensure security of guest/employee information.
