Qualifications

• Previous security, hospitality, hotel operations, law enforcement, military, emergency response, or guest service experience preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills with a calm and professional presence.
• Ability to remain composed and make sound decisions during emergency or high-pressure situations.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Patrol hotel property, public areas, entrances, parking areas, and spaces to maintain a safe, welcoming environment.
• Monitor activities, guest interactions, operational areas, and security systems to address safety concerns promptly.
• Respond to guest concerns, emergencies, alarms, disturbances, accidents, and incidents per procedures.
• Assist guests, visitors, and team members with directions, safety concerns, and hospitality support.
• Monitor surveillance and access control systems, radios, and security equipment.
• Maintain incident reports, logs, and security documentation per procedures.
• Support emergency procedures including evacuations, medical incidents, fire alarms, and weather events.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Engineering, Housekeeping, F&B, and leadership to support operations and guest satisfaction.
• Support VIP arrivals, conferences, weddings, group business, and events as needed.
• Follow hotel procedures, OSHA regulations, fire safety standards, and security policies.
