Job summary

Montage International seeks a Security Manager to oversee the daily operations of the Safety and Security Department at Pendry Natirar in NJ. You will ensure timely incident reporting, supervise officers, and manage investigations while coordinating with Risk Management and guest services.

Qualifications

• Interest or knowledge of Innkeepers law and related regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of Safety and Security Department.
• Direct and delegate security officer assignments.
• Ensure timely incident reporting and investigations.
• Provide ongoing training for security staff and associates.
• Manage liability claims and coordination with Risk Management.
• Respond to guest and associate issues promptly.
• Co-chair the Safety Committee and maintain training records.
• Draft and review injury, property damage, and crime reports.
