Job summary

Montage International’s Pendry Natirar spa is seeking a Spa Supervisor to support management across all spa areas, ensuring stellar guest service and smooth operations. You will assist in administrative tasks, promotions, and staff development, while maintaining departmental communication and guest satisfaction.

The role requires 1–2 years of spa supervisory experience and a high school education, with a bachelor’s degree preferred. This is a full-time, on-site position at USA NJ Pendry Natirar.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the spa daily and ensure smooth operations.
• Support Spa Manager and Director with administrative tasks and promotions.
• Coordinate staff performance tracking and ongoing education for associates.
• Ensure clear communication between spa departments for day-to-day operations.
• Attend meetings and resolve guest concerns to maintain satisfaction.
• Assist in coordinating promotions and facility maintenance as needed.
