Troon operates the Tucker's Cove Town Center in Punta Gorda, FL, and seeks Security Staff to maintain safety for members, guests, and employees within a hospitality-focused property managed by Troon, a global leader in golf and community management.

The role offers $24.00 per hour with both part-time and full-time positions available, and requires a high school diploma or GED with related experience. Duties include monitoring access, responding to incidents, and ensuring secure facilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 6–12 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination.

Responsibilities

• Observes people entering, exiting, or loitering and responds to security-related concerns.
• Conducts routine property walk-arounds at scheduled and random times.
• Ensures doors are locked and the property is secure.
• Responds to accidents, thefts, and unlawful activities; documents details and informs management.
• Provides security coverage for events and enforces facility rules and safety standards.
• Identifies and corrects safety hazards and performs light maintenance tasks.
• Maintains regular, reliable attendance and performs other duties as required.
