Job summary

The Town Center at Tuckers Cove in Punta Gorda, FL is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Pool Attendant to join Troon’s hospitality-driven team. The role focuses on delivering superior guest experiences through attentive pool management and courteous service.

You will help maintain a safe, clean outdoor environment, support colleagues, and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere for members and guests in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in hospitality.
• CPR certification required (within 6 months of hire).
• Strong communication skills with members.
• Ability to maintain and clean outdoors in heat.
• High school education is a plus.
• Customer service is desired with experience in hospitality.
• Looking for a reliable candidate with excellent inter-personal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the activity of the pool area and team member to ensure an efficient operation and delivery of superior customer service to members and guests.
• Maintain cleanliness of facility operations according to established daily maintenance procedures.
• Ensure members and guests enjoy a safe, clean, and welcoming environment with a warm hospitality experience.
