Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic Director of Sales and Marketing for Eaton DC to lead sales strategy, pricing, and customer engagement in a fast-paced hotel portfolio. You will guide the team, manage revenue initiatives, and drive market share while aligning with brand standards across our DC properties.

The role demands strong leadership, deep understanding of revenue management, and the ability to build lasting partner relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hotel Administration, Business or Marketing.
• Minimum of 5 years in progressive hotel sales with leadership responsibilities.
• Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal abilities with revenue management knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Maintain teamwork and clear communications through positive leadership.
• Provide pricing guidance and approve special corporate negotiated rates.
• Develop knowledge of hotel operations including F&B, guest services and reservations.
• Drive loyalty and revenue growth by delivering exceptional service.
• Forecast revenue and expenses and analyze market trends for proactive strategies.
