Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in hotel, business, or marketing fields.
• Minimum of 5 years in progressive hotel sales with leadership responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain teamwork and clear communication within the sales team.
• Provide pricing guidance and review negotiated rates.
• Develop knowledge of hotel operations including F&B and guest services.
• Drive customer loyalty and grow share of the account through exceptional service.
• Identify and pursue new and repeat business via prospecting and networking.
