Job summary

Omni Hotels & Resorts in Hot Springs, VA, seeks a detail-oriented Sales & Marketing Administrator to support the hotel’s sales team and events operations. You will handle contracts, proposals, and POs, and coordinate media visits and site inspections.

The role requires excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills, with proficiency in MS Office and hospitality management systems. On-site role with growth opportunities within a premier resort.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills required.
• Receives and prioritizes requests from Sales & Marketing teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales team to drive hotel revenue and guest services.
• Assist with inquiries for group and catering events.
• Help prepare contracts, proposals, and addendums.
• Create POs and manage office supplies and collateral inventory.
• Record opportunities in Delphi and track progress in the system.
• Coordinate media property visits and site inspections.
• Assist with RFP responses and meeting arrangements.
• Manage group commissions and related reporting.
• Perform other administrative duties as needed.
