Job summary

Q Casino + Resort in Dubuque, IA seeks a Hospitality Sales Manager to drive group, event, catering, and hotel business for our properties including Hilton Garden Inn Downtown Dubuque and The Key Hotel. You will actively prospect new business, build relationships with corporate, association, sports, leisure, wedding, and social clients, and manage the sales cycle from inquiry to event completion.

Collaborate with Director of Hospitality, Hotel Operations, Food & Beverage, Marketing, and Casino

Qualifications

• 3+ years in hospitality, hotel, event or related sales experience preferred.
• Proven success in business development and relationship selling.
• Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a proactive sales plan to achieve revenue goals.
• Identify and pursue new corporate, association, sports, leisure, wedding, and social accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing clients and repeat customers.
• Conduct outside sales calls, client visits, and events to secure bookings.
• Coordinate proposals, contracts, and event details with internal teams.
