Job summary

PM Hotel Group is seeking a Sales Manager for Homewood Suites near the Washington DC Convention Center. You will be the face of the hotel in the community, building relationships and delivering outstanding service from first contact to contract.

You’ll travel to meet clients, attend events, and craft proposals that win business, while maintaining a high-energy, customer-focused approach and ensuring guest satisfaction through the sales cycle.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in sales with ability to close deals.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships.
• Willingness to travel and flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with existing clients and develop new clients.
• Create proposals that make good business sense and drive wins.
• Attend networking events and stay connected with community and industry news.
• Make calls, visit outside appointments, and invite prospective clients to visit; create WOW.
• Visit clients to ensure they feel the love and service quality.
• Attend occasional evening sales events as needed.
