Qualifications

• 2+ years of hotel sales experience or equivalent.
• Knowledge of brand-specific sales tools (Delphi) and hotel sales processes.
• Ability to identify and develop leads, manage accounts, and close new business.

Responsibilities

• Develop quarterly action plans for sales growth.
• Analyze revenue management strategies using Star Reports and front-office data.
• Schedule and conduct sales appointments, including cold calls and outside visits.
• Organize and maintain sales data in the CRM system.
• Stay current on market trends, developments and competitor activity.
• Respond promptly to leads and RFPs; prepare proposals.
