Job summary

Driftwood Hospitality Management is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support the Sales & Events teams, reporting to the Director of Sales & Marketing. The role involves handling inquiries, preparing proposals, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure smooth banquet and group bookings.

Candidates should have 1–2 years of administrative support experience, strong detail orientation, and solid knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years administrative support experience in hospitality or similar.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support the Sales & Catering team administratively, including preparing reports.
• Provide telephone and message support for the department and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Assist with contracts, proposals, and addendums and track completion.
• Coordinate with other hotel departments and manage group deposits.
• Prepare Group Resumes and distribute information to relevant teams.
• Assist front office and travel agents with reservations and VIP bookings.
