Giri Hotels is seeking a Sales Coordinator for AC Marriott Burlington in Burlington, VT. This full-time role supports the sales team by coordinating events, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring smooth execution of sales activities.

You will manage group blocks, rooming lists, and proposals, while using PMS and our sales software to track leads and contracts. Strong organization, communication, and English proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent experience.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Fluent English reading and writing.
• Ability to work full-time, with potential weekend/holiday shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist with sales processes, events, and client coordination.
• Enter and update group blocks, rooming lists in PMS.
• Create proposals, contracts, and LNR agreements.
• Prepare group resumes and coordinate rooming lists with hotel teams.
• Generate weekly reports and maintain sales files.
• Provide customer service and support in the absence of the DOS.
