The Hampton Inn & Suites Seattle Downtown is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support the Sales team with administrative duties, proposals, and client communications, helping to maintain databases and prepare reports.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to read and interpret documents and prepare routine reports.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Sales team and maintain sales databases.
• Prepare proposals, inventories, and reports; handle confidential information and client communications.
• Coordinate travel, meetings, and appointments; assist in servicing accounts and maintaining relationships.
• Support group bookings, billing, and coordination with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
