HVMG - Hospitality Ventures Management Group in St. Louis is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in driving revenue and delivering exceptional client service.

This role includes coordinating meetings and events, preparing proposals and contracts, and maintaining accurate records in a fast-paced hospitality environment. This entry-level position emphasizes organization, teamwork, and a proactive approach.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (or one year of hotel experience).
• Experience not required.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Availability for flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist the sales and catering managers with clerical tasks and guest service to support closing business.
• Respond to guests’ requests promptly; perform word processing, typing, emailing, data entry, filing, faxing, copying, and mail processing.
• Report to the Director of Sales.
• Gain exposure to all aspects of sales, catering, and customer service; start a progressive career in sales.
