Extell Hospitality Services is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support the Sales Team in coordinating bookings, managing client communications, and ensuring seamless execution from inquiry to arrival.

The role emphasizes building relationships, delivering exceptional service, and collaborating with Finance and Operations for payment needs in a fast-paced Canopy by Hilton Deer Valley setting.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities for client interactions.
• Strong time management and attention to detail in a fast-paced hotel environment.
• Experience or knowledge of hospitality industry reporting, regulations, and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Qualify and sell hotel facilities and services to inbound inquiries and sales leads.
• Assist with proposals, contracts, and addendums preparation.
• Conduct hotel tours and site inspections for clients to showcase features.
• Maintain client loyalty through professional integrity and service.
• Coordinate room blocks in Sales & Catering System, CRS and PMS; manage inventory accuracy.
• Provide booking links to clients and handle routing/billing setups.
