Job summary

Guest Worldwide seeks a Sales Consultant to promote amenities, textiles, and MRO products to hotels and management groups within a defined territory. Build trusted relationships and drive sales while meeting KPIs.

Utilize consultative selling, product knowledge, and tools like Salesforce and Phocas to identify opportunities, forecast results, and sustain high customer satisfaction. A bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years in hospitality or distribution sales are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing or Business preferred.
• 3–5 years of sales experience with proven success.
• Hospitality or supply/distribution sales experience preferred.
• Relationship sales and up‑selling experience preferred.
• Trip planning, territory routing and account prioritization experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within accounts.
• Make sales calls and presentations to develop relationships.
• Use consultative selling, ROI, system tools (Salesforce.com, Phocas, GForce) and training resources to target growth.
• Manage assigned accounts and maintain customer experience.
• Forecast sales results and trends for the territory.
• Coordinate with other departments to meet customer expectations.
• Assist in setup of new accounts (CAA, pricing, schedules).
• Ensure timely invoicing and payment within terms.
