Job summary

Guest Worldwide, a Sysco subsidiary, is seeking a Sales Consultant to promote amenities, textiles, and MRO products to hotels within an assigned territory. You will build relationships with new and existing customers, use consultative selling, and help clients succeed while achieving sales and profit goals.

Base salary with quarterly bonuses based on KPI achievement; travel required. Strong communication, organization, and CRM skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing or Business preferred.
• 3–5 years sales experience with proven record of sales success.
• Experience in hospitality or supply/distribution sales preferred.
• Experience in relationship sales managing new and existing customer opportunities and up-selling preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new sales opportunities within accounts.
• Use consultative selling, product knowledge, ROI, and CRM tools to grow sales.
• Forecast sales results and trends for the territory.
• Coordinate with departments to meet customer expectations.
• Ensure invoices are paid on time with AR team.
